OYO 12025 Hotel Kamal Palace

There was enough space for two, and the bed was comfortable. The food was decent and service was good. But the towels were missing until the next day, and the one we got was torn. The mattresses and bedding weren't clean, the shower was broken, there were frequent blackouts, and there was no lock, or so they told us. A TV and Wi-Fi were available, though I didn't check them.

The paranthas were awesome, but there were cockroaches crawling around everywhere. The rooms seemed okay for one person, but not safe for couples. They may make you leave even if you've paid online. There might not be an AC remote in your room, and they changed the room temperature at night without telling me beforehand.

Google made the place look perfect, but it was awful in reality. The room was smelly and very dirty, with just one blanket and a torn, dirty bedsheet. No breakfast, no working Wi-Fi, and not enough water. There were no towels, shampoo, soap, or anything else. They also charged extra. Not worth it, and this was my first time seeing something like this. 😤😤🙄🙄

We booked two small rooms. One was dirty, with hairs on the pillowcase and a dirty blanket; the curtains were dirty too, and even the complimentary water wasn't good. The AC in the other room didn't work. We asked for a refund, but neither the hotel manager nor MakeMyTrip responded. We checked into just one room and still got no refund or reply. Completely bad.
