Oyo 18504 Hotel Safari

There was no water from the taps or drinking water, and they refused to give us breakfast. Rats were running around the room, and by morning a dead one was on the bed beside me. I complained, but nothing was done. The staff were abusive and disgusting, and I felt the hotel was cheating customers. I'm going to complain to the police. Never book through oyo, and avoid Oyo rooms at all costs.

The room didn't look like the one shown in the oyo app, and the TV didn't work. We booked for two, but they initially gave complimentary breakfast to just one person. The second breakfast came more than 40 minutes after I complained. Poor service and a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend it.

We had exams and asked in advance for an early morning meal. They said it was fine, but in the morning told us it wasn't possible. They also charged us for breakfast without serving it. The place felt unhygienic, the rooms were filthy, the sheets weren't clean, and the towel was so dirty it was like a mop. Don't expect decent food either. They just want money, and I wouldn't stay here again. I'd rather sleep by the road. Avoid this hotel.

Chandii at reception was great to talk to, and the facility itself was outstanding. The service from the rest of the staff could improve a lot. I hope the team keeps working on it and makes progress in future. Best wishes to the owner and staff.
