I arrived late at night, and the staff helped me check in. They were well behaved, and the rooms were maintained and looked like the ones in the pictures. The place was clean and sanitized, and breakfast was provided during the stay. I chose it after seeing a few good reviews and was glad I did. I had a good experience and would rely on this place.

I booked more than 15 days in advance, but when I arrived they said they couldn't accept me because no rooms were left.

The room was good, but the facilities were terrible. The TV wasn't connected to any channels, and whenever I asked, they just kept saying it would come. The pillow was nearly black and smelled bad. I ordered breakfast and got two tasteless parathas with tomato ketchup. My worst experience so far.

You can keep calling the reception number and nobody bothers to answer. The same goes for the helpline listed on their visiting card. Employees seem to sleep instead of paying attention when guests might need help.

The washroom was unclean, there was no warm water, and the food bill was overcharged. The room was dirty and service was pathetic. This was the worst experience I've had, and it doesn't deserve even one star.
