OYO 19785 Mystic Medow Club & Resort

The hotel felt secluded and unsafe, and we left without checking in when we saw the condition at 5 PM. We found another room elsewhere. We’d thought about arriving late after sightseeing, and I can’t imagine what else we might have faced if we had done that. There were four rooms, all in the Classic category, and every one seemed poor. The Deluxe rooms shown and described on the website were actually the owner’s cottages. The pictures on MMT and Goibibo seemed fake. The room doors were aluminium, with gaps that let people see into the rooms from the corridor, so there was no privacy even inside. The bathroom walls had seepage, and the washroom floor had standing water and algae. The linen was dirty. When we asked to have it changed, they refused and simply told us to check out. There was hardly any staff, just one person managing the whole hotel, and no cook. Even though we had booked breakfast, they wouldn’t provide it. Don’t book based on reviews you find here and there. This was a horrible experience, and felt like a scam.

Water coming through the roof and cleanliness both need attention. There’s also no security at the gate. Please sort out these issues.

The staff were lovely, and I had a great time here. It’s an awesome place, and I’m already planning to come back soon.

I found it really comfortable.
