OYO 5691 Hotel Eurasia

I’m not sure why the rating is so low, my experience was completely different. The room and washroom were clean, and the stay was nice. The location was a real plus, and you can take their taxi to the airport in five minutes since there’s no traffic uncertainty. I’d give it five stars for cleanliness and location.

The only thing I didn’t like was the food service. The taste and quality could be better. Otherwise, it was a very good stay. The rooms were in good condition, the price was affordable, and the staff were well behaved with good service. If you’re flying from Chandigarh airport, it’s a handy spot, just 1.5 km away, and they have an in-house airport cab.

I’d give this hotel zero stars because of the room and the afternoon staff service. The A/C didn’t cool properly, and the electricity was bad too. On May 28, 2026, the afternoon staff member was rude and charged me for breakfast even though it was already included in our voucher. Ask for the bill before paying. My wife got sick after eating their food. She was feeling unwell, and we waited an hour near reception before leaving for the airport. At 4:30 p.m. in 42 degree heat, he turned off the fan. He was rude and disrespectful, with no humanity. I hope something is done about him.

At my 3:45 AM check-in there wasn’t a single staff member around, and none of the contact numbers they provided worked or got answered. I was left stranded. We had to inspect three rooms ourselves before finding one with working washroom facilities. There’s no lift either, so we carried double luggage up to the third floor without help. The place feels like a construction site: unfinished rooms, leaking bathrooms, and AC remotes shared between rooms. The complimentary breakfast came very late in a dusty hall that clearly wasn’t ready for guests. This property isn’t ready to host people. Terrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
