Really nice atmosphere, and the food was tasty too 🥝.

The noise made it hard to sleep, with guests shouting in the corridors late into the night and staff doing nothing about it. Breakfast was cold and stale, and I was charged extra even though booking said it was included. The room was grimy, with hair in the bathroom, marked sheets, and a smell that stayed even with the windows open. The AC didn't work, and the fan rattled like an engine on its last legs. When I asked for clean towels and toilet paper, staff either ignored me or made me wait for hours. They were rude and unhelpful throughout. I rarely post a bad review, but this was an awful stay from the moment I arrived. It felt like the hotel didn't care about guests at all. I've had better food at a gas station. Dirty, loud, overpriced, and dishonest. I wish I'd checked reviews first, and I wish I could give zero stars. A complete waste of money and a night.

After staying close to 15 days, I noticed the reception would start asking about rent once a guest stayed more than two days. Room care was another matter: I had to call myself to get the room cleaned, and no one seemed concerned whether soap or shampoo was available. Drinking water also had to be requested. Inexperienced staff are giving the hotel a bad name.

The reception staff were unbelievably arrogant. They even had the nerve to tell me to check out if I didn't like the hospitality. I've never come across behavior that disgusting.
