We weren't happy with the service. The starter came out undercooked, and the main course was sweet even though we'd asked specifically for spicy food. The waiter said it would be spicy, but that wasn't what we got. I hope they improve the food quality and customer experience in future.

The hotel is in the city, right beside a shopping mall, and Haldiram, known for Nagpur's famous snacks, is across the road. Staff were good and helpful, and there are plenty of dishes on the menu. The food is good but quite spicy, so you can ask them to tone it down. There was a little noise from the train track behind the hotel. A good place to stay in Chandrapur.

I felt safe staying at ND on my first trip to Chandrapur. When I felt sick, the staff quickly arranged medicine for me. The rooms are large, bright, and have all the facilities. The food was tasty and easy on my stomach. It was an amazing stay.

The food was the highlight for us. Captain Sridhar's advice on Vidharva cuisine was a big help, and the Maharashtrian mutton, thecha, tomato chutney, and lahsuni methi were superb. The mutton was soft, with just the right amount of spice. We were all sweating from the chili, but we wanted to experience hot Vidharva food and enjoyed it. The chefs at ND hotel did a great job, and the other dishes were just as good. Shri Sridhar also suggested Tres Leches for dessert, which was superb. The combination of milk products like makai and rabri made it a delightful, filling treat. Thanks to him and the chefs. The front desk was quick and attentive, and the rooms were reasonably clean, though they could be improved. This is the best hotel in the Chandrapur area right now.

The spacious hall was beautifully maintained, and the staff were cooperative and professional. Service was excellent. A perfect venue for functions or events, highly recommended!
