The bed was much too soft and bouncy, but the rest of our stay was good. We had a three-cot room with effective central AC, enough space for our family, and good room service. The location is prime, and there’s underground parking too. Check-in and checkout were both on a 24-hour basis, which was a welcome change from places that use a 12 PM to 11 AM schedule. If you’re willing to pay more than 2500 per 24 hours, go ahead with this hotel without a second thought.

Being right in the city is handy. We could walk to the salon, clothing shops, DTP, hotels, fruit shops, a medical shop, the Temple, and the Church. The rooms are okay, but maintenance needs attention, especially the AC, wall painting, and bathroom door lock. Service is okay, they’re trying.

The room’s lights weren’t working properly, only one was glowing, and the AC didn’t cool well. Housekeeping was good, the service was good, and the staff were polite.

I had the worst customer service experience I can remember at a hotel. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and seemed focused on extracting money from guests at every opportunity. He acted as if he was simply enforcing policies and didn’t care about customer satisfaction. Management needs to teach the staff how to treat customers properly and provide the service that’s missing here. There’s a suggestion and feedback box at reception, but when I asked for a form to share my feedback, they refused to give me one. That says a lot about their standards. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
