Hotel Bhagavath Gardens

Our stay at Bhagavat gardens was wonderful. The spacious rooms had plenty of light, and the staff were polite with excellent service. The food tasted good, though vegetarian choices were limited. Thanks to the management for accommodating our special request.

There’s parking behind the hotel, with a local bar on the ground floor and an air-conditioned bar on the first. The place is known for accommodation and beverages, right on Market Road in the middle of town. Like many bars in Kerala, it has few beverage choices and lacks trained staff and consistent service or quality standards. Still, the business does well.

The area feels safe, right in front of the main road, and the rooms are old but clean. It’s okay for one night, though breakfast came quite late and the food wasn’t very good.

The food is tasty, though I wouldn’t call it top quality, and the restaurant on the ground floor has most essential items on the menu. The rooms are neat and tidy and worth the price. There’s an attached bar, which is convenient for people looking for a bit more enjoyment. One of the town’s best hotels and restaurants, and worth the money.
