I was happy to find a clean, convenient room at an affordable price, just a short distance from the central railway station. I was in chennai for a visa interview and only needed somewhere for half a day, so I booked online after finding the hotel. My visa came through, which made the stay memorable.

I stayed one night and had one of my worst experiences. The beds were very dirty and smelled bad, the bathroom lock didn't work, and the remote was broken. Breakfast was awful, too. I stayed here last year when I came to Chennai, but I won't consider this hotel again. Please don't book here or waste your money.

The room was crawling with cockroaches, and there were lizards too. One of the dirtiest hotels I've seen. Don't waste your money.

I needed a room in Chennai in a hurry, just to freshen up and leave my luggage. I asked about a non-AC room, not realizing they didn't have any. The receptionist, Lakshman, found me a room with a broken AC to use as one. It was a kind gesture when I was short on time. The price was minimal, the room was neat, and the hotel is in a prime location.

Getting around Chennai was easy from the 4U Business Class Hotel. The metro station is only a two-minute walk away, and the Central Railway Station is nearby as well. There are plenty of nearby hotels serving homely food, since there's no restaurant in the building. My room was cozy, neat, and clean, and the hotel's upkeep made me feel at home. The front office team were friendly and welcoming, while room service responded promptly to what I needed. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Chennai.
