The location is handy for getting around, with Central and the metro nearby, about 1km away, and MTC buses also serving the area. Just expect to hear the loco horns. The room was neat and clean, with AC, 24/7 hot water and a lift. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were warm and friendly, especially the welcoming woman at reception. The rooms were clean and looked after, and the price was very affordable. A budget stay that felt worth the money.

The room was a little small, but it and the toilet were clean, with fresh clothes. What stood out was the care in the small details: hot and normal water were marked in red and blue on the bathroom tap, each floor had a sign outside the lift, and a yellow line warned about the uneven step. Those basic safety touches were genuinely useful. The person who answered the number on Google Maps explained things clearly and quoted a reasonable fare. The staff may not have formal hotel training, but they treated us well, which mattered more. I think the young owner handled reception himself. When I left, I thanked him with a smile and a raised hand, and he returned a polite gesture. It felt like he understood his effort had won me over. This isn't a high-end hotel, but I was happy to type all this out and congratulate the management for a nice stay.

The location near Chennai Central railway station was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had clean facilities and hot running water around the clock. The reception lady was sweet and helpful, and Veeramani stood out for his kind, supportive nature. The rest of the staff were nice too. We had a very pleasant stay, and it was good value for money.
