Bloom Hub - Guindy

My first visit to Chennai and Blooms Chennai was such a lovely experience. The whole hotel team was incredibly generous. Ms Divya at the front office and Mr Vijay from F&B were especially welcoming, and I'll never forget their kindness. Highly recommend.

For a short official visit, the main-road location in Guindy was ideal and made getting around quickly easy. The rooms were good for a brief stay, and breakfast was great. Roshan was courteous and polite, and the in-house restaurant staff were helpful too. A simple, welcoming hotel that gives you a positive feeling. I had a good stay at Blooms. Thanks, team.

I spent 10 days here and was thoroughly impressed. The staff made sure I had what I needed and even brought extra amenities, while room service was prompt and excellent. My room was spacious and well equipped, and breakfast had a great selection, from North Indian food to delicious bakery items. A comfortable, convenient stay that I'd highly recommend.

The room was spacious and the location was good, but after three days here, I wouldn't recommend the hotel or book again. It works as a basic place for a short business stay, though the four-star rating and reviews don't match my experience. Most staff seemed grumpy and unwilling to help, and service was very poor. Food choices were limited. Breakfast was basic, with very few items, and I was surprised there was no dinner buffet, just three or four fixed dishes.
