We paid 1300 for an AC room, but the AC didn’t work. They arranged a different room only after 3-4 hours. The rooms are tiny, and ours had bedbugs and cockroaches. The manager was extremely rude and intimidated us when we asked for room service, though the workers were kind of good. It’s in an alley with few restaurants nearby, and Marina beach is around 2-3 kms away. A terrible stay, please don’t choose this hotel.

Bt Mansion looks rich and nice from the outside, but the rooms were very bad once we checked in. Some didn’t have proper switch boards, taps, or cupboards, and they hadn’t arranged bedsheets or water. They still charged nearly 2000 for a room with facilities like that. A waste in Chennai, try another lodge or room.

The rooms weren’t maintained, and our plans got spoiled by all the issues. There was a heater in our room, but the staff were careless and didn’t bring it even after we asked. Worst hotel in Chennai, please avoid.

I booked this room by accident, and bed bugs have been a serious problem since the first day. I’m killing at least 30 of them every day. I’ve lost sleep, my job, and my peace of mind, and my health keeps getting worse. I asked for a refund many times, but they haven’t returned the money. The situation is terrible, and I feel I have no other option.

It may look luxurious from outside, but the reality is completely different. This hotel is untidy and unpleasant. If you want a good time and some satisfaction, please ignore it and don’t book.
