Collection O 71607 Apple Valley Inn

I stayed for five days, and the reception staff were reckless and immature in how they spoke to customers. When a friend came to see me, they wouldn’t let him into the room because guests weren’t allowed. I had important things to discuss with him, but they told us to sit on a smelly, tattered sofa in the hall instead. When I said they should have told me this before I paid in advance, they said it was my responsibility to ask about everything before staying. I decided to leave, and they gave me the bill without seeming to care about losing a customer. I’d already paid ahead for the next few days. Luckily, they returned that money, but charged me through the following day. The rooms and bathrooms were both very small, and there were cockroaches in the beds. The room boys were decent and served us well. My issue was with the careless reception staff.

The front desk girl was arrogant and answered complaints irresponsibly, as though we were staying for free. She was impolite and mannerless. The room was tiny, the bathroom was in very bad condition, and the doors stuck so badly they couldn’t be opened and locked properly. Compared with my earlier visits, this was the worst service I’ve experienced here.

Looking for a good room near kodambakkam? This is a great place. I checked out a few nearby options and they didn’t look good, then found this one on the map, visited, and was satisfied 😊

Things were outstanding across all departments when Alreef had its previous management. Since the management changed, there’s been no proper upkeep, no helpful staff, and no complimentary breakfast. It seems geared toward couples rather than families.
