We only ended up here late at night because we had nowhere else to go. The room cost Rs.1500/- a night, though it wasn’t worth even Rs.500/-. The cot and sheets were dirty and covered in cockroaches, food was smeared across the mattress by the previous occupant, and both the room and bathroom stank. We asked for an empty plate and got two stacked together; the lower one had lots of unwashed chicken pieces. We asked for another, but that was dirty too, so we finally washed it ourselves. Not a suitable place for women or families, especially anyone expecting basic hygiene. I made the mistake of trusting the internet photos.

The windows were damaged and couldn’t be opened for ventilation, and the washrooms were filthy, with a broken toilet seat. Our bedding was stained and torn. When we asked to have it changed, staff said there wasn’t any other bedding available. A pathetic experience. Don’t be misled by the fake reviews.

Even for a single night, this is a terrible hotel. The rooms stink and have thousands of bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I felt totally unsafe, especially as a woman. The staff were horrible, the pillows and rooms stank, and there was no Wi-Fi. A complete waste of money.
