The rooms are filthy, with dirty sheets and pillows, and the hygiene is extremely poor. They’ve even turned a kitchen with a slab into a bedroom and charge Rs 1800 a night for it. The actual rooms are pathetic compared with the fake pictures they show. This is the worst place I can imagine staying in Chennai, and I wouldn’t recommend it for even a second. Treebo Trend Guindy is nearby and, in my experience, has excellent rooms and hospitality.

I came here for official work in Chennai and was encouraged by the 4.2 /5 rating, but now I’d give it a negative one. The facilities and service were pathetic for such a horrible price. I could have spent another 400-500 INR and gotten much better accommodation in the city. This isn’t really a hotel, just a house converted into a paid accommodation setup.

The room had a workstation, and outside it there’s a dining and living area where you can relax or read. Guests can use the full kitchen with a toaster, microwave, and fridge, and extra plates, bowls, and spoons are available. You can refill drinking water from the kitchen, and they’ll provide extra pillows if you ask. Food can be made on request for an extra charge. If you need to buy something, ask a staff member for help, such as sumesh, and please tip him if you do. My partner and I had a wonderful two-night stay. We paid ₹2,500 per night, including breakfast and taxes. It’s a great place for unmarried couples, and the staff are very sweet and helpful. They also offer 24-hour check-in and check-out.

I stayed for two months and lost a dress. The people are polite, but they don’t seem to know how to manage things. The breakfast was the same type of food every morning.
