FabHotel Iberis Sholinganallur

I couldn’t stay in the room for even an hour. The restroom was dirty, and although I’d paid for two days, I had to leave and find another place before even two hours had passed. I called FabHotels customer care 20 times to cancel my booking and got no response. The property was a total waste. Don’t waste your money.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel’s location wasn’t good and cleanliness was the main problem. The bathroom was small and a little smelly. I felt eerie, so I checked out late at night and moved to another hotel.

The stay was comfortable after the caretaker gave us a somewhat better room. Our original room had seepage and a moldy smell, and we were about to cancel the booking. The bed covers smelled a little foul, and there was no heater for hot water for bathing.

The receptionist was incredibly rude at first, denying that she had said the hotel was full and telling me to contact customer care. Luckily, while I was speaking with them, another couple checked out and I was given their room. There were plenty of problems once I got in. The flush didn't work, though they fixed it later, the duvet was torn, the AC was broken, and the towel was very dirty. Light came through the window and kept disturbing my sleep. They also didn't provide a toothbrush or toothpaste, despite toiletries being listed as included. A really awful stay.
