It’s a handy spot if you’re in town for the US Consulate, since it’s between the Consulate and the Biometric center. My family and I had a pleasant stay, with clean rooms, good food, and a cozy feel. The staff were great too. Keep up the good work!

I stayed with my family in 2017, then sent my wife and daughter there at the end of December 2017. The hotel felt very safe for women. The room boys and kitchen staff were helpful, and the food was tasty enough that we didn’t feel far from Sri Lanka. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced, and the staff were helpful, especially Manager Mr.Ajey, who helped us find transport to towns around Chennai. I’d stay there again whenever I visit Chennai, and recommend it to any Sri Lankan planning a trip there. Radley

The host was understanding and flexible about a later checkout when there was a reasonable reason. Rooms were tidy, with the right amount of amenities, and breakfast was decent, with a beverage of your choice. It’s an eight minute walk to the visa application center, and the US Consulate is reachable in a 15 - 20minute ride, even at peak hours. The only downside was the extra early check-in charge, which they hadn’t clearly explained. I’d call ahead to ask about those rates.

The hotel has rooms on the ground and third floors, but there’s no cell reception on the ground floor, so you have to step outside to make calls. Our hospitality experience was otherwise horrifying. We booked one room for three people, and the manager kept calling, three times in two minutes, and checking CCTV to make sure a fourth person didn’t even stay briefly to talk with us. When we asked to have breakfast sent to the room or served early, he refused so rudely I can’t put it into words. I’d visited in person to check the amenities and felt reassured by the reviews, so I booked one night for family and friends. The manager was the only one there, and came across as rude, impolite, and arrogant. He spoke good English, which somehow made the poor service and hospitality feel even worse. I was shocked that Fab hotel had given a franchise to people like this.
