The receptionist kindly let us check out two hours late. Beyond that, almost everything needs work. There was no mirror, the toilet seats were broken, and both the fan and AC were noisy. The rooms need improvement, as do the quality and value for money. Not worth 3K.

The bed looked neatly made, but when we lifted the cover there was dust and other stuff beneath the sheet. It hadn't been dusted or properly cleaned. Our room also had a strong damp smell, and they didn't provide towels or toothbrushes. Reception seemed more focused on strictly monitoring who came in and out. Don't let the hotel's name mislead you.

I accidentally booked here last week. The room was crawling with cockroaches, and the washroom was nasty with a broken toilet seat. There was no intercom or phone to reach reception, no tea or coffee, no room service, no parking, and no cleaning staff available. They didn't even give a complimentary water bottle, and charged 25 rs for a local brand bottle that they get for 5 rs. Reception staff were very rude and acted like we were asking for a free room. Book this only as a last resort. I suspect the good reviews are from their own people. Don't book here.

I had a terrible stay. They didn't provide basic toiletries, and lying in the room gave me a headache.
