The worst part was feeling unsafe. The reception area looked shady, the door lock didn't work, and the lighting was poor. We stayed three nights, and after the first room, which was only okay and not worth the price, we had to change rooms because the toilet flush was broken. Both rooms had insects, and my partner and I were left killing them ourselves. I asked reception to have the room cleaned on the third day, but when we returned five hours later, it still hadn't been done. It was a terrible experience. Pay a little more and stay somewhere better. This place isn't worth a penny.

I booked here too and feel scammed. Inside, it smelled like all kinds of rotten animals. I've traveled a lot in India and abroad and stayed in all sorts of places, but this was an absolute nightmare for me. They say they didn't find any major issue with the property. We'll see what the court decides about the money they're taking for bookings. Never book here, and don't even consider booking with FabHotel.

Stained sheets and a bathroom that felt like a breeding ground for bacteria were what I found in the room. Mosquitoes were crawling around, and I felt disgusted and violated. The mold and mildew smell hit me as soon as I entered the lobby and followed me through the corridors. The glossy picture painted by the online reviews was nowhere near what I experienced, and the hotel's claims about cleanliness and impeccable service didn't match the reality. I believe those glowing reviews were a sham set up to lure unsuspecting guests. This felt like cruel deception of people trusting them to provide a comfortable stay. It's a warning about false advertising and why you should research carefully before booking. Stay away unless unsanitary conditions and shattered expectations are what you want.

The location is okay, but the hotel was in very bad shape. I had to switch rooms three times because of insects. The bedsheets were so bad I wouldn't touch the towel after seeing them. I don't expect high standards here, just a clean room, and I didn't get one. The manager tried to help by moving me between rooms. I don't understand how Fab evaluates a hotel's standard. At this price, it's a terrible choice.
