The night we stayed at Sri Krishna Residency, Nanganallur, the lights, phones, and TVs didn't work at all. The bathroom also had only hot water for the entire day, with no normal water. When we tried to get help from FAB Hotel's customer service about these issues, we contacted them 42 times and got no response. Instead, they were dealing with new room bookings and pressing us to pay a deposit. FAB Hotel is a fake company, in my view. Booking through its website leads to customer service officers calling and pushing for advance payment, and the rules used by FAB Hotel Management and its affiliated hotels differ, which leads to arguments with reception staff.

There were lots of small cockroaches and other insects, so I wouldn't call this a good place for a family with kids. The room itself was spacious, but the bedsheets were dirty and torn, and the sticky bathroom bucket was unpleasant to touch. It was overpriced too.

The room and bathroom need a lot more cleaning. There were stains on the floor and buckets, the towels were unusable, and there was no hot water. Even basic things like a dental kit were provided only if we asked, which didn't make the price feel justified.

I found hundreds of cockroaches and dirty bedspreads. There were no hangers in either the room or bathroom, the AC worked whenever it felt like it, the restroom exhaust fan was broken, and pipes were leaking. I complained, but management didn't bother to fix any of it.

I've followed up several times, but my refund still hasn't been processed, which is really frustrating. The hotel staff were also rude and unprofessional, with little basic courtesy or customer service. This was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend the place.
