Green Meadows Resort

There was no peace during our stay. Loud music played constantly, people were drinking and smoking around the property, and youngsters at the party sat in the lobby for staying guests, using abusive language openly. It wasn't suitable for a family with children, and management failed to provide basic comfort or a safe environment. We booked just a day ahead, but nobody told us the whole property was booked for a Valentine's Day event. As a result, we couldn't use the lawn or play areas, two main reasons we chose it. A complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a calm stay.

Thiru handled the day for us, and Thomas and Shakthi helped tailor the package. The whole team made sure entry and exit went smoothly, and had everything prepared right on time. We went for a corporate day outing from Hpe, and everyone enjoyed the place, ambience, and food. The food was amazing and fresh, including the meat. Thanks so much to the Green Meadows Team.

The garden was serene and the location calm. Staff were good, Arjun in the restaurant did a great job, and when we needed an umbrella in the rain and a ground-floor room for my parents, both were arranged right away. The Chinese-style dishes were delicious and the food excellent. The rooms felt a little old, though. In room 102 the water flow was very slow, the pool wasn't cleaned during our two-day stay, and the extra bed was too stiff and uncomfortable.

We had four adults and a six-month-old with us, and the green open spaces were lovely for spending time together. Everyone was warm, professional, and quick to help, whether we needed a taxi or recommendations. We stayed three days and ate at the in-house restaurants at least once a day besides breakfast because the food was so delicious. If you're staying in this part of Chennai, this is the only place worth staying. Thanks for making our family trip even better.
