During a difficult time, the ICU team at MGM Healthcare, Chennai, gave us timely, compassionate support. Dr. Roopeshkumar, Nurse Pratheeban, Mary Silviya, Dr. Preethi (Physician Assistant to Dr. Roopeshkumar), and Shifana all showed kindness and dedication. When we called, they quickly understood what was needed and helped us both mentally and physically. Their care meant a lot to us. Thank you to the whole team.

I was feeling very at home here. Everyone, from the manager to the staff, treated guests like their own relatives. When I had a bad cold and sore throat, they brought me ginger tea and hot water. That care was awesome. The hotel is in the city centre, and if you come to Chennai, stay here.

My father and grandmother were told to leave the hotel when they arrived at night, even though I’d prepaid the full booking and had been told check-in was available any time after 2 PM on February 4th. Staff said the booking had been cancelled and there was no room, without warning or explanation. They spoke rudely and disrespectfully, especially to my elderly family members. Only after we argued and showed proof of payment did they provide a room. The next day, they went to my father’s room again and were rude to him. I spent over 30 minutes on the booking platform’s customer service call. They confirmed payment had gone through and there was no problem on their end, yet the hotel still tried to demand more money. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing. I’d never recommend this place, especially for families or elderly guests. The management was unprofessional and disorganized, and seemed focused on money. Avoid it.

We felt like an inconvenience whenever we asked simple questions, which were met with irritation and attitude. The staff were shockingly rude, and the front desk was completely unprofessional. Their lack of courtesy toward elderly family members was especially disappointing.
