Hotel Bharani

We ordered mini lunches from Bharani hotel for our apartment meeting, and the food was very low grade. It was far too salty and spicy, which we didn’t expect from the hotel. We won’t recommend or return to Bharani hotel for occasions like this.

My son ate idiyappam with coconut milk there and was hospitalized that very night with diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. I believe the coconut milk was the reason. Please make sure food for children is hygienic. If it isn’t, say it’s out of stock instead of serving something spoiled.

We’ve been regular customers, but the service is consistently poor and they look at us suspiciously. The food is okay, yet they show little respect for customers. Terrible service.

I don’t understand who gave this place a three-star review. The service rates are too high, cleanliness is poor, and the water quality is awful. Even the AC doesn’t work right, and its remote seems to keep it at a very low, freezing temperature. When I complained, the receptionist said he couldn’t do anything about the water and suggested trying another hotel. Breakfast was included and tasted good, but there wasn’t enough for one adult. The rating should be one or two stars.
