The biggest concern for me was security. After an incident, we were told the CCTV cameras weren’t working because they were under maintenance. That’s not acceptable, and it left us concerned about the hotel's safety standards. I wouldn’t recommend staying here without checking on the security arrangements first. Breakfast was disappointing too, with poor quality and few choices. The hotel was decent otherwise, but the AC didn’t work properly and affected our comfort. Other facilities were okay, though the room needs maintenance.

The room hygiene was awful, with visible stains on the bedsheets, and the towels were so rough they could scratch your skin. Security was just as bad. My brand-new car was damaged while parked inside the hotel gates, and the manager was deceptive and unhelpful. Afterward, he admitted there was no CCTV coverage on the property. Leaving a car there feels like a huge risk. There’s no safety, comfort, or ethics here. Avoid this hotel.

It’s an average place to stay, but there’s no real vehicle safety. Another guest touched my brand-new car, and the hotel staff didn’t have CCTV footage to identify who did it.

Two stars for cleanliness and service. Parking is limited, the heater doesn't work properly when you're in a hurry, and there are plumbing problems. Hospitality from the staff was poor, apart from the manager.
