Hotel O Janappanchatram

We went as a family and got excellent family-friendly service. The staff were accommodating, the amenities were great, and the customer service was commendable. They let us check in early, at about 10 am, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient. Hotel O Janappanchatram is in a prime location, so you can walk to everything. No doubt, it was a five-star experience. Highly recommended.

The bathroom looked like a public toilet, and the room hadn't been cleaned. Housekeeping was very poor. The AC didn't work properly, and they provided none of the basics, no soap, shampoo, towel or water bottle. They only have small beds, suitable for two people, not three.

Nice motel 8 concept. The cyber security implementation is still in progress.

For what we paid, this wasn't worth it. They gave us only 1/2 liter of water and no soap. The AC room had no remote, so I had to shiver while trying to sleep. They didn't give us blankets, saying all the rooms were full and we'd checked in late, but that doesn't excuse not having enough blankets. My friend's room had a fan that didn't work. The white bedspread had lots of hair and stains. There were no buckets in the bathroom, and the shower pressure was too low to shower properly.
