A very bad hotel. It wasn't clean or safe, and it didn't look like the pictures. Don't choose it, even if you're in a difficult situation. Don't fall for the photos.

We planned three days in Chennai but left after two because of this horrendous stay. There was just one woman looking after the place, which seemed otherwise empty, and she was extremely rude. When we mentioned the dirty bucket and mug, stained bedsheet, and dirty towel, she yelled at us and spoke very immaturely. She insisted the rooms had been cleaned for five hours and denied they were dirty, then said she wasn't running a charity. A man joined the conversation, spoke rudely, and asked us to leave. The woman kept bringing up that she'd invested 50cr in the building and spent 50k draining water from the basement. The balcony view was very bad, and basic facilities weren't provided. The price felt like trash for what we got. One of the worst hotels I've visited. I'd give it a "0" rating.

I had to wait more than two hours just to get a cup of water, and there wasn't even water available to freshen up. The hostel staff weren't helpful when I raised the lack of basic facilities, and nothing was done about it. The AC didn't work, which made staying in the room very difficult. For what it costs, this place isn't worth it. One of the worst hostels I've visited.

We were on a college trip with 87 people and had 15 rooms to freshen up in. After one student in each room had bathed, the water stopped, and what water we could get was black. They tried pumping more, but there still wasn't any. We ended up about an hour late and the whole tour plan was spoiled. The rooms themselves are good, but the bathrooms are poor, with old buckets, broken mugs, and an exhaust fan that doesn't work.
