Jayanthi Mansion by OYO Rooms

After we paid the extra amount, they showed us a room without EB power and said that was what a 500-worth room got. My friend had booked through the OYO application for nearly RS500, but management claimed they had no contact with OYO and demanded another 500per day, or they wouldn't let us in. Someone else who had booked through the OYO app was there too and had also paid extra, double. Terrible cheating by the receptionist and management. They ask for more money, and the rooms are awful. Don't book here or waste your money.

I booked for one day on 30th June,24, but no refund was given. Jayant Mansion doesn't exist, yet OYO is taking bookings and not refunding the money. That's cheating customers by collecting money when there's no hotel. Criminal proceedings should be initiated against OYO. Beware of OYO. There's no zero-star option.

The hotel is tucked far inside, and the rooms are very dirty. The receptionist is big C. She won't accept an OYO booking, asks for extra cash, and even asks for a tip. What OYO shows and what's actually here are far apart. Don't waste your money.

The rooms are very unclean, and the woman at reception is arrogant. I wouldn't recommend this place for solo travellers or groups of friends. Look for somewhere better.
