OYO 6849 Dreams Manor

After travelling for two days, we arrived to find they had no room for us, even though the receptionist had confirmed one the day before. It had already taken a lot of effort to get that confirmation, and they didn’t seem to know whether they had rooms or what the price was. This was the worst experience. I’ll never come back or recommend this hotel.

The staff were polite, the rooms and bedsheets were clean, and most TV channels were available. I felt it was a safe place for a tourist, and I could order food to my room, though it took almost an hour to arrive. It was a good experience overall.

The staff were friendly, but the owner was extremely rude. They charged us an extra 500 for no reason, and when I asked about it he shouted and made us check out only a few hours after check-in. We refused, and he came into the room with spare keys. There’s no privacy. Who knows how many rooms he has entered while guests were away?

I booked this hotel for a month while doing marine training at a nearby institute. The room was a bit small, but it was nice, neat and tidy, with good ventilation. The toilet was kept clean, and the room boys were polite and responsive, always willing to help. The front desk was helpful too and answered calls at any time.
