The rooms were good, but I had a terrible experience with the managers. I booked the place for my wedding guests, and during the wedding they called each guest asking for money. They even stopped me from leaving for my own wedding, and I had to fight to get to the venue on time. Three rooms stayed empty, but we were still charged for them, and the guests were kept there until we paid. I want the owners to apologize for the trauma and embarrassment this caused. There was no food or water available. I had to keep begging the room service staff just to fill jugs with water. No breakfast was provided either, and coffee took several requests. Be careful if you book here. Don't leave valuables in the room, and bring your own water.

The rooms themselves are good, but the bathrooms smell so bad that you won't want to go in after eating. I poured Lysol in and cleaned one myself, and the odor still wouldn't go away. The linens were dirty, and the replacements were dirty too. The towels were so filthy they made me feel sick just looking at them. Room service was really bad. The workers didn't seem to know what clean meant, and I think they need training. There are much better hotels nearby for just 100-200 rupees more.

The room had impressive lighting and a calm atmosphere, and it was kept very clean. It was attractive and well furnished, with a family bed, air conditioning, television, wardrobe, dressing mirror, and a small table. The bathroom was very good too.

I regret choosing this place. The service was extremely poor, there was no hygiene, and the money wasn't worth it. The receptionist seemed more concerned with doing things at his own convenience than making guests comfortable. I didn't expect this from oyo.

It's good value for money, with a nice, large room that's usually well maintained. There's definitely a shortage of staff, though, so don't expect things to happen right away.
