Because I paid online, they made me cancel my booking. The manager was the rudest person I've ever come across. OYO also cancelled my booking without even telling me.

The rooms and washrooms were awful and didn't look like the pictures. We booked online with sanitisation included, but they still asked for extra money for it, which we paid. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, and the bedsheets and everything else were in terrible condition.

I arrived at 11:30am and found the receptionist in a banian and lungi, just waking up. The staff were rude and behaved terribly. I hated the place, and I wouldn't recommend it for families at all.

I stayed on 1st August 2021. The rooms were awful and not worth the money. The reception was empty the whole time, and staff weren't around consistently. I honestly felt like I was staying on the street.

I felt unsafe here, and wouldn't consider it suitable for families or couples. There was no water, and the restroom couldn't be used. Maybe it's a place for bachelors to party.
