OYO Flagship 15924 Jas Residency

We couldn't sleep all night because the staff were loud and rude. This is a service apartment with misleading photos, and the rooms were dingy and dirty in a shady-looking place. We made the mistake of booking three days. When we asked for a refund, they kept us waiting all day, then told us to collect it in person. As tourists, traveling back there to get the money was very difficult. Don't trust the pictures or the few good reviews. They may be old, or perhaps someone from telegram wrote them.

I ran into lizards and termites in the room, there was a constant cigarette smell, and rubbish had been left in the shared areas. The online images are misleading. Staff weren't helpful and showed no interest in cooperating. The location was inconvenient, the rooms were dirty, and the ceiling leaked. There wasn't much light, and the whole place felt run-down and sketchy. This was an extremely unpleasant stay and not worth the money. I'd strongly recommend avoiding it.

The rooms themselves were good, but don't expect the photos posted here to match what you get. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all during my two-day stay. When I asked when it would be fixed, the person gave me some answer. The AC worked, but when I asked for the cooling remote, someone came to check the unit and went to get it, then never came back.

The one genuinely nice thing was how peaceful the place was 😊. The rooms were somewhat okay and looked well kept, but I wasn't given a towel for either of my two days there. The TV didn't work, and even with the AC set to 16 it didn't cool properly. I think it may need a gas refill. Service was so-so. Also, watch out when extending your stay: they charge the full amount even for just 6 to 8 hours 😁.
