A waste of money, whether you spend a day or a night here. They don't know how to treat elders. There's a woman in charge who speaks so rudely that I can't even describe how she acted. They provided nothing, and there isn't even cleaning staff. Pathetic hotel.

My company arranged a week's accommodation here, and the stay was good. The staff are very friendly, especially the akka who looks after everyone's needs. It's in a quiet, peaceful spot, close to bus stops and OMR. The apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floors. The ground, 1st, and 2nd floors are occupied by ARC fertility clinic.

They cancelled our booking in the evening and left us stranded on the street. Such a horrible place. I wish there were a rating below one star. Fraudulent people.

Even after I paid in advance through OYO, they pressured me for extra money. The staff were rude and the place wasn't cleaned. They charged more. A pathetic experience, worst staff ever.

The place isn't at the listed location. A complete waste of time, and not dependable at all. I don't know when OYO will start offering customer-friendly service.
