The room looked nothing like the photos and was in poor shape. There was dirt and hair on the floor and bed, a bad smell, and the sheets didn't seem fresh. It all felt neglected, and I was very disappointed. I honestly question whether some of the glowing reviews are genuine. It seems possible that hotel staff posted some of them to raise the ratings, since what I saw was so different. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Dear Hotel Management, Our check-in was delayed by nearly an hour past the scheduled time, which was inconvenient for us. Please improve the process and make sure rooms are ready on time for future guests.
We came to relax, but barely slept. The bed made a creaking sound whenever we turned over, and the mattress was in awful condition. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the bathroom flush leaked and didn't work properly. No toiletries were provided, and there was no food or breakfast at the hotel, so we had to order from outside. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty. They reused the previous guest's sheets and pillow covers, and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there were no spare sheets. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in, and it fell well short of expectations.
For a short visit to Porur, Blessings Prime is an affordable, reasonable option, especially if you're visiting DLF IT Park or Sri Ramachandra Hospital. The rooms are generally comfortable for the price, and some guests have found the staff helpful and check-in easy. A few reviews do mention cleanliness and upkeep needing attention. A decent budget choice for a short business trip or stay in the area.
The staff were helpful and welcoming, which made my stay better. For such a reasonable price, finding a place this clean and neat is hard. Well worth the money.
