OYO Townhouse 77669 Treetops Inn

The location worked well, and the rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were very helpful too. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, but the rooms are small and cramped, and the food was very average. There was a cockroach in my room, and room 208 needs better plumbing. The water pressure was so weak it felt like I could pour more with my hands.

The stay itself was okay, but I arrived at noon for an 11 o'clock check-in and the receptionist kept me waiting. I finally got into my room at 2 pm because previous bookings checked out late. They also charged me 500 rupees to replace the bedspread. For what we're paying, they should at least try to make guests comfortable.

I chose this Townhouse, maintained by OYO, for a business trip. It's 2kms from koyambedu bus stand. The buffet breakfast was good, even though it was the first time I'd had one at a Townhouse. The staff were cooperative, and it seems good for families as well as business travelers. Kudos to the Oyo team.
