Pullman Chennai Anna Salai

On my first trip to Chennai, Piush from Housekeeping made the stay memorable with his warm hospitality. He even gave me a Chennai-themed fridge magnet as a souvenir, a really thoughtful little surprise. It was clear he takes pride in his work and wants guests to feel welcome and at home. I’m grateful for such a lovely experience.

Mr. Pradeep was attentive and courteous in the breakfast area, and the housekeeping team looked after us well throughout. I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Chennai Anna Salai. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service overall was excellent. Mr. Kamal and Mr. Daniel made the visit especially pleasant with their hospitality. I really appreciated how warm and professional everyone was.

I spent four nights in January 26 and had a great time. The room was spacious, very clean, newly refurbished, and had lovely rooftop views. I was on half board, so I had breakfast and dinner each day, with a wide mix of local and international food. Friday’s fresh seafood buffet was delicious. Pradeep was a great help during the stay, sorting out meeting rooms and doing other thoughtful things. Amal, the bartender, was efficient and helpful too, and left a nice farewell message on my takeaway coffee cup.

My family and I spent five lovely nights at Pullman Chennai Anna Salai. The visit lived up to what we expected, and after seeing all the positive reviews beforehand, I can understand why. The hotel made everything comfortable and relaxing, and so many small details were handled thoughtfully. Ms. Pallabi and the whole front desk team were especially warm, kind, and helpful. My parents loved the stay, and seeing them so happy made me happy too. It was a beautiful family trip we’ll always remember.
