My family enjoyed our stay here. We had a spacious, clean room, and whenever we asked, they brought us fresh towels. There were lots of food choices and everything was superb. The hotel is close to T. Nagar, and taking an Auto there for shopping was a fun new experience. The hotel and its staff were wonderful.

Ashik deserves a special mention for being so kind and polite while serving our dinner. Dining was excellent, and the whole crew were friendly and helpful, making us feel safe throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and in a fantastic location. It was a great visit, highly recommended if you want to shop and stay in town!

Ashwin, Shubham, Moi, and the other restaurant staff took such good care of us each day, including taking extra care with our food allergies and sharing their best local recommendations. Bala was also a friendly face at the front door every day. That made our trip to Chennai memorable. The rooms were modern, beautiful, spacious, and clean, a welcome place to return to after shopping and seeing the city. The rooftop pool and lounge were stunning and relaxing for winding down. I'll definitely recommend The Residency Towers.

Our team dinner at The Residency Towers was a memorable evening, with lots of delicious dishes and desserts for everyone's tastes. The dessert spread especially impressed the team. Thanks to the chefs and culinary team. Ms. Divya coordinated everything remarkably well, and the whole event ran smoothly. The service team were attentive and courteous, and made sure we had what we needed. I'd highly recommend the place for team gatherings and special occasions. Looking forward to another visit.

The location was great and easy to reach, especially for shopping. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and room service was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, though a bit smaller than rooms at most five-star hotels we've stayed in.
