For 1.8k, you get a 24-hour stay, which most hotels don’t offer. The rooms were nice, clean, and well maintained, and the bathroom was clean too. I had a good experience and would definitely come back next time.

Fine for a short stay. The neighborhood was noisy, the AC made noise, and I had concerns about the bedsheets’ cleanliness. There’s no hot water, but they gave us heating coils to use. The receptionists and other staff were helpful and polite.

My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and the bedsheets weren’t changed. I also asked reception several times for a glass to drink water and was eventually handed a dirty one. The staff, especially the manager and receptionist, were rude, aggressive, and hostile. They charged me Rs. 200 because I arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes before check-in. When I said I’d wait, they said it could take a long time, but paying would get me a room right away. Stay away from this hotel.

The metro is nearby, so getting around is easy, and the hotel is close to the U.S. Consulate. The rooms are cozy, the staff are very helpful, and the service is excellent. A comfortable, pleasant stay. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Chennai.
