We confirmed a room through Agoda two days before our trip, with check-in listed as noon. We arrived at 8:00 AM and showed the confirmation, but the staff said they hadn’t received an email from Agoda and told us to return at noon. We asked for early check-in and offered to pay for 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then continue with our Agoda booking. The staff member also insisted we pay through the website, although we had selected the book-and-pay-at-hotel option and the site said payment was due at the property. He was giving us incorrect information and didn’t seem to understand the process. For four hours, they quoted ₹2000, which seemed unreasonable. We were told direct bookings were around ₹2600 per person. The staff weren’t helpful, and the whole situation was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
