Breakfast has plenty of choices, though it gets crowded and service could be better. The hotel is affordable and sits in a good area with lots of nearby bars and restaurants. It has an old world feel, but you can see the age in things like the doors, bathroom fixtures, and furniture. Still, it keeps some of its former charm.

Breakfast was the highlight for me. We had dosa made to order, great chutneys and curries, plus cup after cup of really well made coffee and tea. The rooms are lovely and kept in great shape, the neighborhood is convenient, and the staff look after guests so well. I'd happily stay here every day if I could, and hope to be back soon.

I keep choosing this hotel when I'm in Chennai, and the breakfast is one reason I like it. The property has a pool, gym, two restaurants, and a cafe, with spacious, well maintained rooms and good housekeeping. Reception service was still great when we arrived around 2 am. It's about 30-40 minutes from the airport, and the location seems to be a draw for events like weddings and symposiums, judging by the weekend activity. The amenities are much like those at other hotels. I didn't try room service, so can't comment on that. They also have a privilege card if you're interested.

I stayed overnight during a recent city visit. Check in and check out were fast, and the front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms are nicely appointed and I slept well. The washroom felt dated and needs some work, especially since the exhaust fan was quite weak. I also tried the main restaurant's buffet dinner: good choices for a fair price, and the desserts were especially good. It's around 40-45 minutes from the airport. A satisfactory stay, and one I can recommend.

Most guests seemed to be there for business meetings or functions, and the facilities look well suited to corporate events. The rooms were well kept and comfortable, though the interior feels a little dated. The property has a pleasant atmosphere overall, and its location is handy for people visiting for U.S. visa-related purposes.
