I came to check in with a ₹500 booking, but they refused it and showed me a ₹1000 room instead. The reception staff were very rude, and one staff member abused me in the regional language when I brought up a complaint. Service, behaviour, and stay were all the worst experience. I’d never recommend staying here. Save your time and money and don’t visit.

As soon as we entered, the whole room smelled of urine. We asked to change rooms, but they wouldn’t provide another one. Since it was a night stay with a kid, we made do with room spray. The room wasn’t maintained and the walls had cracks. I think the positive reviews are fake. Families should completely avoid this hotel.

The website contact number goes to a medical scan center. The reception person wouldn’t even help us reach the place. It shows as 1.3 km from Egmore railway station, but it’s actually 13 km away. Don’t waste your money booking here.

The bathroom in our room had two doors, one from our room and another opening from reception. I don’t know why they’d give reception access to our bathroom. The stay was awful: one of our two rooms, booked for two families, was tucked inside a store room on the seventh floor. The other had a see-through window with no curtain. One room’s heater didn’t work, used cigarettes were scattered in the bathroom, and rain leaked through a window. It was completely unhygienic. We checked in late at night and had no other option.
