I found it impossible to stay even one night. The unhealthy surroundings and fear of insects made sleeping impossible, and the place didn’t meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I strongly suggest finding somewhere cleaner and safer. I can’t recommend this place at all.

The sheets and pillow covers were dirty, and cockroach babies are ready to keep you company if you’re traveling alone. They seem to care more about paying commissions to the auto drivers who bring guests than about cleanliness, and that commission comes out of our payment. I lost 2000Rs. Please don’t go here.

The stay and location were okay, but the staff behavior was bad. The person who calls himself the manager, Abhishek, was especially rude and didn’t know how to treat a customer. I paid in full on agoda, but when I arrived they first refused to let me check in because of some issue with the agoda payment. I only got a room after a long argument. From then on, Abhishek seemed to take revenge on me for what I’d said while trying to get the room. To the MD: keeping a manager like him will have a negative impact on your property.

I booked through booking .com, but he said no rooms were available and used very bad words. The staff behavior was awful, especially from the person who calls himself the manager. He was extremely rude and didn’t know how to treat a customer. He behaved like a rowdy.

The room was okay and had AC, but it was full of cockroaches. We also had no water that evening.
