I didn't stay here, but had a bad experience with the receptionist when I visited. He first agreed to give me a room, and I said I'd confirm by phone. I'd also checked the room myself: the non-AC one seemed okay for its price, while the AC rates seemed unreasonably high, INR 2500 with a bill and, apparently, 2200 without one. 😄 When I called ten minutes later to confirm, he acted like he'd never seen me. I went back, and he treated me as a first-time visitor. Staff reminded him I'd already been there, but he denied me a room, saying the hotel was full. What could have changed in ten minutes? Maybe memory loss, but definitely a lost business opportunity.

The receptionist behaved badly and asked for more money during an emergency. They set checkout at 7.00am. Never take a room there.

It's average, but good value for that particular location. They'll provide a proper GST bill without unnecessary delays. Don't choose a non-AC room, even for a budget stay, since you won't be able to manage in any weather. There's a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, though its prices are a little high.

The location is good, though the hotel alley is cramped, and the hotel itself is on the building's second floor. Rooms can fit around four or five people, but they're old and not well furnished. The appliances are old too, except for the TV. The place has a bit of a 90s hotel feel. Staff are somewhat introverted but behave well. It's an okay option if you're on a budget.
