The room service guy tried to help and was very good, but the owner needs to check these problems and spend money fixing them. We changed rooms four times because the old fans made horrible sounds. The water was yellow, the geyser didn't give hot water unless we kept pressing the button until it turned green, and the toilet wasn't clean. There was a cigarette smell, so it isn't suitable for families. I checked the reviews and thought it looked okay, then booked through OYO. That app and website are among the worst, aren't user-friendly, and room prices keep changing. Better book a guest house directly and compare prices by negotiating. In the end, don't stay here.

The hotelier was rude and abusive. I arrived an hour after check-in time, then had to wait another hour, and was asked for extra money. When I refused, he wouldn't let me check in. He isn't satisfied with the Oyo rate, so he asks for more and won't give you a room if you say no. Oyo support couldn't help beyond cancelling the booking. Please don't book this hotel through Oyo.

The place was lovely. The facilities were comfortable and really good, and the staff were polite and nice to customers.
4/10
The beds were hard as rocks, and I had a lot of back pain after sleeping on them. The corridors smelled of cigarettes too. I wouldn't recommend a place like this to anyone.
2/10
The water was brownish, so I couldn't bathe in it or use it for washing. They never provide blankets, and the receptionist is very rude. A complete waste of money and a really bad stay.
