Sri BKM Guest House By OYO Rooms

We had to wait until 4pm for the room we'd already paid for, despite an 11am check-in time. When we asked about the delay, they told us to complain to oyo for a cash back. The staff were really rude, the rooms were cramped, and the washroom wasn't in working order. They don't seem to understand consumer rights, lol. Never recommend this place.

The bedsheets were dirty, the toilet and buckets were unclean, and there was very little water. The rooms smelled bad and were dirty, with cockroaches. The AC made noises and didn't work. Staff were rude and uncooperative.

We came from Maharastra and trusted oyo, but had so many problems. There's no breakfast, television, telephone, cupboard hanger, or cold drinking water. Two people had to share one single bed, and the old mattress smelled dirty. Very bad conditions. We won't stay here on our next trip through oyo. Thanks for the 'best compliment,' oyo, we'll remember it.

Kannen, the manager, welcomed us warmly, and the staff were nice. The room was good for the price. Continental breakfast wasn't available, though there are good restaurants nearby. We'll definitely stay here again on our next Chennai visit.
