The staff provided amazing service, and the location is right in the heart of the city. My overall stay at Jaag Hotel was average, though, because the room and food felt overpriced. I paid about 4k per night for a studio that was extremely small, with no basic things like an almirah or clothes hanger, and no hanger in the bathroom. Tea or coffee cost Rs 99, which seemed extremely expensive. I'm not sure why it's rated as a 3 Star hotel.

Breakfast was superb, especially the South Indian dishes, and there are some dining options at the hotel too. The staff are friendly and helpful with questions or requests. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy bedding, working AC and functional bathrooms, though some are a bit small. Its spot in the heart of T. Nagar makes shopping, eating out and sightseeing easy. A comfortable choice for a short trip.

We've booked here several times because the rooms are clean and the staff are kind and helpful. Lately, though, they haven't been providing bills to companies or encouraging corporate bookings, so we've had to look elsewhere. Management should change this policy, and corporates will book rooms and events again.

I went for an Alumni meet. The hall and hotel are both compact, but there was enough parking. The English style Bar and restaurant are good. The meet's food was excellent, tasty and flavourful across the items served. Banquet service was simple and efficient, with no fuss.
