My room was clean and well looked after, with housekeeping keeping it fresh and tidy each day. The staff were friendly and ready to help with questions or requests. It was easy to get around from this excellent location, with nearby attractions and restaurants accessible. I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and would come back.

After an eight-hour trip, I arrived at 8:00 PM with my family expecting a welcoming check-in. Instead, it felt like an immigration interrogation. I showed my Passport and Visa right away, but my wife and child’s documents were packed deep in the luggage. I asked to bring them out once we got to the room, but the receptionist refused and offered no help. Even with a local friend there to mediate, there was no empathy for our tired family. I had to unpack in the reception area to find the documents, and after all that, the staff only took a photo of me. The one advantage is how close it is to the T Nagar shopping area. The staff were unfriendly and poor at solving basic problems, and the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming for international travelers. Because of that cold reception, I cancelled the remaining 3 nights and moved to another hotel the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend it if hospitality and comfort matter to you.

This isn’t a forced or paid review. The room was worth the price and location, and the staff were very friendly. Another group mistakenly took my bag, partly because I was careless. Even during a busy peak period, hotel manager Ms.Mythiri helped me a lot to find it. I really appreciate that. Keep it up!

The rooms were very comfortable, and Renganathan Street is only a short walk away, so the location is superb. Mr.Vinoth and Ms.Mythreyi were always helpful and gave us great information. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return. Happy Ponggal!

The staff made things easy with quick, helpful service, and everything felt well organized. My room was clean and comfortable, so I had a really enjoyable stay. I'd happily recommend it.
