I stayed on Burkit Road from 23-26 Dec, and the hospitality was one disappointment after another. I was trying to get my aged mother inside in her wheelchair, but there was no ramp and nobody helped lift her over the steps. There was no service assistance on any floor, so guests had to carry their own luggage. When I asked about tea or coffee, the front desk gave a cold response and told me to order it through zomato. I'm adding this after the hotel's response, which is full of falsehoods. Not one front office person even got up to greet us, let alone explain anything. I appreciate a response, but it should stick to the facts.

A clean place with a good breakfast and a great location. It's reasonably priced and handy for getting close to everything, with a very hygienic environment.

The service for corporate customers was awful. The front office staff on the 26th Jan night shift were not professional at all. There weren't even toiletries or water in the room. We had booked three rooms for nine days, worth about 1 lakh in revenue, but checked out the very next day.

We've stayed in cheap places and in some of the most expensive hotels in India, and never before have we been told that one of three guests has to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The manager was the worst. The bedsheets were dirty, there was no hot water, and water was coming from the toilet. This was the worst hotel we've ever been to. Go to GRT if you want, and enjoy yourself.
