We paid 16k per night for this villa, and the condition was extremely disappointing. Water was leaking throughout the property, some doors wouldn’t close properly, and safety was a major concern. The whole place felt old and musty. The coffee table was grimy when we arrived, and the sofas were dusty. One of our members fell and only just avoided a serious injury. This completely spoiled what should have been a happy family gathering. Totally unacceptable.

Such a lovely quiet trip with the family. We enjoyed the pool and garden, and the couches and place were clean. The beach was an easy walk away.

We’ve stayed at several Truliv properties many times over the past two years, but Cabana was a really bad first for us. The air conditioners were ineffective in every room, and some in the hall weren’t working at all. In one bedroom unit we spotted what looked like an animal tail. After we complained, the team came and took a rat out of it. The property is set back where mobile reception is poor, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work either. Our team had planned to connect with the office, so that turned into a nightmare. Without Wi-Fi we couldn’t use the TV unit, which took away any fun. They brought air coolers to make up for the AC problems after I kept pressing them that night. Our whole stay was spoiled, and I’d tell potential guests to avoid this property and try another Truliv.

Villa Cabana was a huge disappointment and didn’t feel suitable for families. Water came in through the windows and doors, and several doors wouldn’t shut. Truliv management didn’t respond properly. I’d avoid booking through them.
