The rooms cost about 3500 each, and the hotel can host engagements or weddings for up to 350 people. It’s a three-star hotel that offers both rooms and food. The rooms were very clean, especially the attractive washroom, and the lobby was quite good. People said the food was awesome, but I didn’t think it was that good. Still, a very fantastic hotel.

The staff were rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. They responded poorly to our concerns, and there was no real hospitality. The food was also below average, poor quality for the price, and the service was painfully slow. I left extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve the food and staff training.

The room I booked was a premium one with a balcony, but they gave me a different room because mine wasn’t ready until 2:15 pm. Hot water came straight away in the shower, but not from the washbasin tap; the hotel said to leave it running for ten minutes. Toiletries only arrived after repeated requests, menu items weren’t available, and the restaurant staff were rude. They rationed water to one 500 ml bottle of some spring brand, and the bottle in my room was already open. When I asked for a replacement, staff told me to hand over the open bottle first, and extra water cost money. Buffet breakfast items weren’t replenished when they ran out. There was loud music all day.

The staff were polite, but the room was in poor condition. The TV and electrical outlets didn’t work, the soap bottle was empty, and there was no tissue holder. It wasn’t worth the money, since better options are available for half the price. Management should improve things.
